Unfortunately, no refunds are available. However, if product is damaged during the shipping process then contact us at kingdomlifestyleplanner@gmail.com so we can provide a new one.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order then you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. We do not take responsibility for lost packages if the address provided is incorrect. 

Please ensure you type in your contact information at checkout so we can contact you about your pick up in Huntsville, Alabama. There will be a KLP Huntsville event for pickup.
